Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by ET Creatives, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations in the United Arab Emirates.

2. Scope of Services

ET Creatives provides digital marketing, performance media buying, SEO, brand design, video production, and web development services as outlined in individual client Service Agreements or Statements of Work (SOW).

3. Intellectual Property

All custom deliverables produced for a client upon full payment become the intellectual property of the client. ET Creatives retains the right to display completed work in agency portfolios unless non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) explicitly specify otherwise.

4. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates.
